Their network effect is high as they're all over YouTube, social media and have a huge fanbase.
transparency is good with their CMO Dovydas constantly doing interviews and always being reachable. They haven't participated much in the Cardano ecosystem but have a lot of experience in launching exchanges and projects on Ethereum.
