From time to time you may need to be able to access the unique stake key of your wallet.
Cardano wallets have this unique stake key to identify a wallet to a particular Cardano stake pool.
Load your wallet from the chrome extension.
From the top menu across the top of the wallet dashboard, click on the top tab menu "Receive"
From the left side menu click "Rewards"
This will load the Rewards wallet data and your Stake address will appear on the dashboard. Click the Copy icon to copy the stake address to be able to share it elsewhere.

Why is my stakekey balance less than my actual balance at adapools? Is that even possible?

hmmm none of those addresses look right at all.
I wouldn't use ADAPools as the data isn't always 100% accurate. There are times when the data is just waaaay off.
Throw your stake key at CardanoScan or PoolTool.io. Better data there and more accurate all the time.
